I didn’t plan on becoming a Project Manager, I was drawn to challenges that needed untangling. When plans are vague, ideas scattered, and teams out of sync, I step in to bring structure, clarity, and momentum.

Over the past decade, I’ve led cross-functional projects across SaaS, AI, fintech, healthcare, and public services. I’ve helped early-stage startups build structure from scratch and supported larger organizations in scaling platforms and aligning complex delivery pipelines. No matter the setting, my focus stays the same: clear goals, steady progress, and outcomes that land.

Today, I’m a Senior Project Manager, supporting product and operations teams across time zones. Before that, I helped grow a SaaS platform from concept to over 50,000 users across four regions. I also led 15+ projects at Mighty Egg Technologies in e-commerce, fintech, and healthtech, and supported public sector innovations like biometric rollouts at airports serving millions of passengers.

I hold certifications in PMP, CSM, and CSPO, and I’m passionate about helping teams work smarter with practical systems, clear communication, and steady, measurable delivery.
